Bolt set for cylinder mounting of Vespa 80-150ccm small frame and large frame engines.
 
Manufactured from high tensile steel with rolled thread.
In contrast to a cut thread, the surface becomes firmer and the thread flanks are press polished. This results in a highly resilient and durable thread.
 
Tightening torque cylinder head screws: 13-15Nm (aluminium cylinder)
Tightening torque cylinder head screws: 14-18Nm (grey cast iron cylinder)
 
Scope of delivery: 4x stud bolts M7x140mm
INSTALLATION NOTE: The long thread side is screwed into the engine housing, if necessary secure with screw adhesive.
