The two brackets that bolt to the bottom of the front fender guard are hidden under the front fender and utilize the lower holes that hold on the front fender, there is a third pinch bolt in the center. Make sure to hot glue penny’s or washers on both sides of the fender so the pinch bolt doesn’t damage the plastic and paint.
