Our working week is Monday to Friday, 10am to 4.30pm. Orders placed before 4.00pm are processed that day, subject to availability. Orders received after 4.00pm are processed the next working day. (e.g. orders received later than 4.00pm on Friday are processed on the Monday, unless it is a UK Bank Holiday, in which case it would be processed on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday).
To avoid overcharging for shipping TAFFSPEED will calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of your order and charge the shipping at the appropriate cost, initially your order will show costs for a courier delivery, if the order can be shipped for a lower price by post then we will do so and refund the difference. Certain areas of the UK are subject to increased shipping costs such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and certain islands off the UK mainland.
